  • Create a new Segment in Google Analytics.
  • Track the progress of new articles and how they are preforming against Organic Traffic.

I always try and track my pages in batches of 10 – so every time I add 10 new posts I will create a new segment.

The reason for doing this is that I can scan through segments and am able to quickly see if any are under performing – this allows me to investigate that segment on a page-by-page basis. 

It’s also a great way of keeping track on the impact new content is having on your organic traffic.
