What is the FAQ Service?
To understand our FAQ service, you need to understand how Google connects different topics. If you have a page about “apples”, how does Google know you are talking about apples the fruit or Apple the tech company?
The answer is Entities.
Google has a Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithm that ‘reads’ content and assigns Entities based on how the words are connected. Apple, the fruit, will have connected Entities such as “fruit”, “food”, “health” etc and Apple, the company, will have “iPad”, “technology”, “iPhone” etc.
